Are you passionate about  Commercial Marketing? Do you want to bring our brand to life in the Danish market? Then this role is for you! Espresso House is now looking for an Commercial Manager in Denmark, who will implement our commercial plan and drive marketing activities.  

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. The role involves traveling within Denmark.

About the Role  

As a Commercial Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Marketing team in the Nordics as well as a part of wider collaboration across our Nordic functions such as Operations and other Marketing functions. You play a key role in driving commercial impact and brand growth in the local market. By translating strategy into impactful local initiatives, you ensure strong execution across marketing activities, in-store experience, and brand activations. Working closely with both operations and central teams, you optimize performance, strengthen the brand presence, and create initiatives that attract, engage, and retain guests.  

Key Responsibilities 

Driving Collaboration & Commercial Alignment 

  • Work closely with local Operations team to implement campaigns and in-store initiatives
  • Adapt and roll out central campaigns and concepts in the local market 
  • Gather and share local market insights to support ongoing commercial decisions 
  • Collaborate with central teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand execution  

Executing Marketing & Building a Strong Local Brand 

  • Execute local marketing activities to drive guest attraction, retention, and re-engagement 
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all local touchpoints  
  • Follow up on marketing activities and media performance to optimize results 
  • Support execution of product, pricing, and merchandising in line with brand guidelines 
  • Coordinate and deliver brand activations and events end-to-end 

What We’re Looking For  

  • 2-5 years experience marketing and/or in combination with business development and strategic sales
  • Someone who is used to working very independently and being a self-starter
  • Experience from leading in a matrix without direct reports  
  • As English is the primary working language, this job posting is in English, however, Danish proficiency is a must.

You are confident in anticipating market trends and constantly innovating new ways to reach target audiences. You show confident, open and honest communication and adapt communicate style to a given audience​ while you work to achieve quality results and takes personal responsibility to achieve stretch results.  

It’s a plus if you have:  

  • An Academic Degree in Marketing
  • Experience from working with agencies
